Lesson 1 - This covers the two causes of man boobs that were briefly discussed above. Man Boobs are caused by two things, a high estrogen to testosterone ratio and Fat.
Lesson 2 - This lesson discusses nutrition and provides in-depth information on insulin and the hormone diet, the different types of fats including which ones are good and which ones are bad and good vs. bad carbs. If you've read some of my articles on this site, you know I'm quite the proponent of a high fat diet. The bullshit that has been perpetuated about fats being bad and carbs being good will be dispelled in this lesson. I like how he goes into the science of it as well.
Lesson 2 also goes into a very detailed discussion on exercise. There's a small part on cardiovascular exercise and a lot more detail in the weight training section. The thing I see a lot on all these other man boobs sites that are pushing that Gynexin crap or just simply have no idea what they are talking about is to do chest exercises. And lot's of them. WRONG! I was relieved to see that Garry talks about the same compound lifts (whole body training) that I use in my routine to maintain a lean, muscular physique. And believe it or not, you don't have to spend hours in the gym everyday. Garry explains why that is actually counterintuitive to getting in the best shape possible and gives some examples of the type of schedule you should follow and which lifts to do on which days.
This whole do a bunch of push-ups, pec flys, bench press, etc to get rid of your man boobs gets old. I'm sure you've read that advice somewhere while doing research on man boobs. Mixing some cardio with a focus on compound lifts while sprinkling a little HIIT is a recipe for success.
Lesson 3 - This chapter goes into GREAT detail on how different cosmetics contain estrogen-like particles. These particles are easily absorbed through the skin and into your bloodstream. This lesson also discusses other things that can be harmful like amalgam fillings and toothpaste. You get a breakdown of some of the most popular toothpastes and their ingredients. He also recommends some toothpastes and toothbrushes that all point to Amazon products. This chapter was a bit of a let down. It's good info to know, but I think the eBook real estate could have been used for better info.
Lesson 4 - This is another lesson covering even more information on the exercise portion of losing your man boobs (I'm hoping you're starting to understand that this is one of the main components to losing your moobs). A lot more discussion of High Intensity Interval Training is done in this chapter. What it is, how you should perform it and when you should do it are all questions that are answered in this lesson.

All of these culprit foods easily sneak their way into our diets. You will sit there and go "Damn, I eat/drink that stuff all the time." The best part is he really breaks down the "Why" part of it. While it's good to know what not to eat, it's even better to know the reasoning behind it. That's not to say you cannot indulge in these foods. Remember, moderation is key.
Lesson 6 - On the other side, this chapter explains 4 foods that will help shrink your man boobs. This one is also a must read and contains some good information. Lesson 5 and 6 will give you a good idea of how you should structure your nutrition plan. One downside (that I will discuss in the Cons section as well) is that there isn't a fully detailed nutrition plan and eating schedule. The exclusion of that information is understandable though. Different parts of the world have different sources of food. Somebody in India, Australia, or the UK is going to have different foods available to them than somebody in the US. Sure, we have our fruits and veggies, but the types of foods available vary wildly. This would be quite the endeavor to research out (and would probably garner a heftier price tag on the program) so Garry leaves that up to you. But he does give you the outline of what you need and you will be able to work off of that to structure a meal plan that will get you one step closer to losing your man boobs.
At first I didn't like the fact that Soy was included in this list. From all I've read about it, I can't approve of it. This program helped correct my ignorance. While this program advises soy consumption, it stresses to only consume minimally processed, fermented forms of soy. When I think of soy I think soy burgers, soy milk, etc. All of these are no-no's. It's a very interesting part of the chapter that I really enjoyed learning about.
Lesson 7 - I really like this lesson. It's all about motivation and believing in yourself. If you don't believe you can achieve results and lose your man boobs, sorry to say, you won't! Sometimes we need a (pardon my French) swift kick in the ass to get moving in the right direction. You must know you will be successful to reach success.
